Ingredients

- 5–6 lb. pork roast or butt, bone in
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 19 oz. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Sensuous Slathering Sauce
- 19 oz. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Roasted Garlic Honey BBQ Sauce
- 12 dinner rolls
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
Instructions
Pulled Pork
- Turn the crockpot on low.
- Pour 1/2 of the bottle of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Sensuous Slathering Sauce on the bottom of the pot.
- Place the pork in the sauce and rub pepper and salt into the meat.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the pork.
- Pour the rest of the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Sensuous Slathering Sauce on top of the pork.
- Cover the pot with the lid and let cook for 10-12 hours overnight.
- In the morning, remove the pork from the pot and place on a cutting board
- Remove the bone and trim the excess fat from the meat
- Shred the meat with a fork or knife.
- Pour the excess grease from the pot, leaving approximately one cup in the bottom of the pot to coat the bottom.
- Place the pork back in the pot and pour 1/2 of the bottle of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Roasted Garlic Honey BBQ Sauce over the top.
- Mix together with a fork.
- Keep on low or warm heat and eat throughout the day.
Garlic Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice each roll in half and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush each half lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garlic powder on top.
- Place in the oven and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Assembly
- Place 1/3 cup of pulled pork on half of the roll.
- Pour additional sauce on pork and top with other half of roll.
Notes
- If keeping on low heat throughout the day for a party, remember to periodically stir the meat to prevent burning. Add additional Roasted Garlic Honey BBQ Sauce to the meat throughout to keep moist.
