Garlic Bread Pulled Pork Sliders

Instructions

Pulled Pork

  1. Turn the crockpot on low.
  2. Pour 1/2 of the bottle of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Sensuous Slathering Sauce on the bottom of the pot.
  3. Place the pork in the sauce and rub pepper and salt into the meat.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic over the pork.
  5. Pour the rest of the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Sensuous Slathering Sauce on top of the pork.
  6. Cover the pot with the lid and let cook for 10-12 hours overnight.
  7. In the morning, remove the pork from the pot and place on a cutting board
  8. Remove the bone and trim the excess fat from the meat
  9. Shred the meat with a fork or knife.
  10. Pour the excess grease from the pot, leaving approximately one cup in the bottom of the pot to coat the bottom.
  11. Place the pork back in the pot and pour 1/2 of the bottle of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Roasted Garlic Honey BBQ Sauce over the top.
  12. Mix together with a fork.
  13. Keep on low or warm heat and eat throughout the day.

Garlic Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice each roll in half and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush each half lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garlic powder on top.
  5. Place in the oven and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Assembly

  1. Place 1/3 cup of pulled pork on half of the roll.
  2. Pour additional sauce on pork and top with other half of roll.

Notes

  1. If keeping on low heat throughout the day for a party, remember to periodically stir the meat to prevent burning. Add additional Roasted Garlic Honey BBQ Sauce to the meat throughout to keep moist.
