Welcome to the family! My name is Jackie O and I am the founder and creative mind behind In the Kitchen with Jackie O. I created In the Kitchen with Jackie O to capture beautiful food creations and provide people with delicious recipes where they can connect with friends and loved ones by cooking and sharing a meal together around the kitchen table. In times of instant connectivity, In the Kitchen with Jackie O is here to bring you with a timeless experience, one that will allow you to genuinely connect with loved ones and peers on a personal level through cooking new and authentic dishes.
Centered around the Mediterranean culture, my family and I always ate meals together at the kitchen table growing up. It didn't matter if it was a quick meal or one that lasted hours, filled with laughs, words of wisdom, and life chats, we always had at least one meal every day sitting around the table. Some days, we even all cooked together, learning how to make recipes passed down from generations. It was during these times that we truly connected as a family and where I came to understand the relationships and bonds that hold a family together.
