Welcome to In The Kitchen With Jackie O! I'm so excited to have you follow along as I share my authentic and generational recipes, adventures through the mountains, and all things family and friends.
I grew up in a family who gathered frequently, cooked phenomenally, and continued traditions that have lasted through many generations. I am here to bring you with a timeless experience, one that will allow you to genuinely connect with loved ones and peers on a personal level through cooking.
Meaty. Juicy. Delicious. These garlic bread pulled pork sliders will surely be a winner at any game day event! Small enough to eat in a few bites and messy enough to need a napkin, these sliders definitely wont disappoint. Instead of the boys yelling at the TV, they will be yelling for more sliders because they are just that good!
Keep on low or warm heat and eat throughout the day.
Garlic Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice each roll in half and place on a baking sheet.
Brush each half lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garlic powder on top.
Place in the oven and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Assembly
Place 1/3 cup of pulled pork on half of the roll.
Pour additional sauce on pork and top with other half of roll.
Notes
If keeping on low heat throughout the day for a party, remember to periodically stir the meat to prevent burning. Add additional Roasted Garlic Honey BBQ Sauce to the meat throughout to keep moist.
